This morning we were partially unavailable for around 7 minutes because of an issue with one of the servers that kept opening database connections until we reached the limit of connections. It was only the website that was affected and all data/API ingestion worked throughout the entire time. We quickly identified the issue and resolved it. We are now investigating what happened to prevent it from happening again.
